C Squad Equipment Pickup Day

EQUIPMENT THAT IS PROVIDED:
(NOTE: There is no equipment for Flag)
Helmet
Mouth Guard
Shoulder Pads
Thigh Pads
Hip Pad
Knee Pads
Jersey
Pants
Socks

NOTES:
* Flag Squad participants are not required to be at the equipment handout. You will only need to attend if you need to make a payment, or turn in any, or all the required documentation.

* You will NOT be able to pick up your equipment if you are not PAID IN FULL.

* You will NOT be able to pick up your equipment if you have not turned in any missing paperwork prior to, or if you do not have it with you when you are, picking up the equipment.(Paperwork includes: Birth Certificate, Report Card, and Physical Form)
